The stay here was really nice on our road trip! 😊.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this place - room was spacious and comfortable - they had nice choices for breakfast. Was even able to do a load of laundry.

Good pillows, choice of soft or firm. Great bacon on the breakfast buffet. Quiet, efficient a/c unit.

Location is a bit difficult to get to coming from the east on I-90

The hotel was clean and wonderful. Family room with a double bed and an excellent breakfast, as example was ready when we arrived. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. Stayed in this property for 1 night and enjoyed our choice.

The bed was to soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

The rooms here are clean and have comfortable double beds.

Breakfast was excellent, as were the breakfast staff and the morning manager. She printed out maps for us and was very helpful.

The evening staff were quite unfriendly -our keycards to our room (and to access facilities) kept failing and rather than just fixing them we were blamed! The only room left due to the high volume of bookings was a smoking room-I'd recommend never to take one of their smoking rooms EVER. Absolutely reeked and was overwhelming to be in even though we sprayed two bottles of fabric deodorizer that was given to us by management . The location is not convenient if you want to access Lake Eire & everything is a 15-20min drive from the hotel

Very comfy and staff very accomodating and friendly. Night manager prepared breakfast for us ready by 5am being we had to leave by 5:30 am for work.

Hotel managers couldnot print a receipt for my stay nor a document reflecting my stay paid in full with my visa card. I need a receipt reflecting my stay and payment for corporate reimbursement.

The suite was awesome - it was neat, spacious, and had a comfy double bed. 🛏️

staff very friendly and very helpful we use to stay in erie but prefure to stay at Findley lake we come here twice a year and we are concidering coming 3 times a year love the area

The location was absolutely perfect, near to Findley Lake, Bemus Point and the Chautauqua Institute and restaurants and delivery options and the Business Center. The food was outstanding with a great selection of options.

Getting a wheelchair accessible room was a top priority for us, and we were pleased that everything worked out smoothly. The double bed was comfy, and the breakfast was excellent 😊.

Have stayed at this location several times. Rooms are nice. Pool is nice. Great breakfast! For those that smoke you also have an option for a smoking room.

Quiet setting. Food was good. Laid back. Harvest Festival was going on, not a lot going on, but food we had was good and crowd was peaceful.

Too many reviews gave the hotel, staff, breakfast etc. such raving reviews; where have they been staying?...It wasn't a bad stay, but certainly not as good as we expected after reading reviews on this site and the hotels site. All the extras like cookies, fruit etc. we experienced the first day of our three nite visit...each day was a step down... We booked a smoking room and we are not smokers, but only room available...we mentioned when booking, called before we left, mentioned when checking in, got a call from the front desk not long after we got to the room asking how room was. Mentioned the smoke and more or less blown off. Ok, we knew, but hoped they would help us out. Where we got unhappy was, when I mentioned it to the maid the next morning, she said that she didn't get a chance to deep clean our room since somebody was in it, but she did de-smoke the neighboring rooms. So they could have done something!!
